Chandler J. Rapson is a seasoned healthcare technology expert and private equity leader, with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation across the healthcare sector. As the Founder and Chairman of Rainmaker Private Equity, Chandler has led numerous ventures focused on healthcare technology, from AI-driven third-party administration platforms to pharmacy business automation solutions. His leadership has resulted in successful exits, including the sale of 340B Technologies for $200 million, delivering a 50X ROI, and the growth of companies such as Marpai, Inc. and Remware, Inc.

Chandler’s career spans executive roles at General Electric (GE) Capital and Ingenix, where he led Six Sigma initiatives, driving multi-million-dollar cost savings and improving operational efficiency. As a former CFO & Controller at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Chandler’s strategic and financial acumen were instrumental in managing a $200MM budget and overseeing critical restructuring efforts. Chandler holds an MBA from the University of Maryland & Monmouth University and a BSM from Tulane University, combining operational expertise with a strong academic foundation.

Melvin Carvalho is an entrepreneur with a strong foundation in finance, marketing, and social impact. While earning his degree in Finance from Florida State University, he launched a retail venture, showcasing his ability to build and manage early-stage businesses.

Melvin began his career at Rainmaker Global Capital as an intern during his academic studies and now serves in a full-time capacity. Over the past three years, he has played a key role in supporting marketing and operational initiatives across a diverse range of client projects.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Melvin is a committed mental health advocate. He leads donor engagement and fundraising efforts at Father Of Mine, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to mental health care for children without paternal support.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Melvin enjoys golf, fitness, and travel in his free time.

Rahul N. Mehra, M.D. is the creator and founder of Emotional Vaccines®, a series of micro-educational videos paired with practical strategies designed to shift the mental health landscape from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. This approach offers cost-effective, accessible, and scalable tools that help individuals address everyday life and workplace stressors before they escalate into more serious concerns. Dr. Mehra is a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist with more than 35 years of clinical experience in the Tampa Bay area. He has served in multiple physician leadership roles, including Medical Director for Gracepoint Wellness, Directions for Living, Joshua House, and Children’s Home Network, and he has received numerous community recognitions. His direct patient care has focused on children in foster care. He has also served on the medical staff for Major League Baseball and as a consultant to the NFL and the NFL Players Association.

Dr. Mehra is married to his wife, Cathy, and they have two daughters. His greatest joy comes from his two granddaughters.

Dennis started his insurance career in 1994 and was quickly moved up the ranks with a national carrier, serving at every level. Born in KY and locating to Tampa in 2014 with his wife and two boys he managed a sales team of 700 and asset base of over $100 Million.

He founded Hartin Dynamics in Jan if 2018 doing anything necessary to help his clients attract and retain the best talent. His firm merged with HUB International in Oct 2022 to bring international tools and resources to his clients. He has been written up in Benefits Pro Magazine along with multiple national speaking engagements based on his unique approach to benefits and employee engagement. He is a contributor to an Amazon bestseller and his last book, “25 Changemakers in Florida,” launched in March 2021.

His work in non-profits, the public sector, and schools has proven to be efficient and impactful. Strategic plan design has reduced expenses, allowing these organizations to further their work and mission without sacrificing care. He is the Co-founder of the Emotional Vaccines program, working to create a public health policy around prevention in mental health.Dennis has a unique passion for helping others and has served in multiple board roles for Neuro Shifts, Keystone Prep High School, HR Tampa, Madi’s Movement and The National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.

Erica has dedicated the past 29 years to serving in the medical field throughout the Tampa Bay area, where her compassion and commitment have made a lasting impact on patients and colleagues alike. As a single mother, she proudly raised her daughter without support from the father, giving her firsthand understanding of the value strong, positive male role models bring to a child’s life. She is deeply grateful for the influential men who poured into her daughter’s upbringing and helped shape the woman she is today.

Faith plays an important role in Erica’s life, and she remains actively involved in her local church community. When she’s not serving others, she enjoys traveling, unwinding by the water, and spending peaceful days relaxing on the beach.
